1 Who we are

In plain terms: myadai is a product of Web Wombats LLC, which is responsible for your data.

myadai (“myadai”, “we”, “us”) is a service that helps brands become visible in AI assistants, organically and through ads, operated by Web Wombats LLC, a company established in the United States. Web Wombats LLC is the data controller for myadai.com and all subdomains. For any privacy matter, contact analytics@webwombats.com.

2 Visiting myadai.com

In plain terms: no tracking, no analytics, no ad pixels.

• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on myadai.com.
• Fonts and assets are self-hosted; your IP address is not disclosed to font or CDN providers for loading a page.
• Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes technical connection data (such as IP address, requested URL, user agent and time) in short-lived logs as technically necessary to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3 Waitlist

In plain terms: if you join the waitlist, we use your details only to keep you informed about myadai and to answer you.

myadai is not open for self-registration. If you join the waitlist, we process your email address and, if you provide them, your website, your areas of interest, your monthly ad budget range and your message.

• Double opt-in: We send a confirmation link to your email address via our email provider Resend, Inc. (processor). You are only added to the waitlist after you click it. The link expires after 7 days; we store only a cryptographic hash of it.
• Spam protection: The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data about your browser. To prevent abuse we count form submissions per IP address; these counters are deleted after about one day. We do not store your IP address with your waitlist entry.
• What we send: the confirmation email, and later information about the launch of myadai and early access. Every email contains a link to leave the waitlist.
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the link in our emails or by writing to analytics@webwombats.com.
• Retention: Unconfirmed entries are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed entries are deleted when you leave the waitlist, and at the latest 24 months after you joined unless you have become a customer.

4 Service providers

In plain terms: a small set of vetted providers keeps myadai running.

We do not sell, trade or rent personal data. We share data with authorities only where legally required.

5 International transfers

In plain terms: we are US-based and use contractual safeguards.

Web Wombats LLC is established in the United States. Where personal data of individuals in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred to us or our providers, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6 Your rights

In plain terms: ask us, and we will show, correct, hand over or delete your data.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability, withdraw your consent, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to analytics@webwombats.com. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7 Security

We use transport encryption, least-privilege access, hashed one-time tokens and careful vendor selection. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure; we design for that reality.

8 Changes

The current version lives at this address with its date at the top. If we add features that process more data (for example a free visibility check or customer accounts), we will update this policy before they go live.
